My name is Monica. I started at Cleveland Public School in the fall of 2009. I am the Food Service Director and Head Cook. I graduated from South Central College in the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management Department. I have been in the food service business for more than 20 years. The kitchen staff and myself are very passionate about what we do, and feeding students a wide variety of food is what we choose to do. Eating healthy and living longer.

Cleveland Public School Food Service is operated under the guidelines of the USDA National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs.  Over 67,000 lunches and 10,000 breakfasts are served each year. Breakfast and lunch are served daily on all school days.
