Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial rained down 11 three-point baskets and beat the host Clipper B-Squad 50-40 on Thursday.
With 17 points, Carter Barto (above) led the Clippers.
Lucas Walechka scored the first two baskets for the Clippers. Colin Krenik sunk a two and then a three pointer. Kolby Gens scored, and after Ellet Taylor grabbed a rebound and put it back up for a basket, the Clippers only trailed by two, 15-13.

Turnovers hurt the Clippers after that. With 41 seconds before the buzzer, Krenik dropped a three from the corner to narrow the Clippers’ halftime deficit, but with all but two points coming from behind the arc, the Knights led 26-21 at the break.
After a trio of threes, the Knights took a 45-27 lead in the second half. The Clippers responded with 13-straight points, including a Krenik three and five baskets by Barto, but the Knights made five of six free-throw attempts down the stretch to tag and bag the victory.
Krenik had 13 points, nine of them from three-point land. Walechka totaled six points. Gens and Taylor each chipped in two points.
Earlier, the C-Squad was beaten decisively, 60-26.
Braeden Hastings led the Clipper Cs with 16 points. Taylor and Dakota Alitz each scored two points. Barto had a first-half basket and made a free throw in the second half. Brady Bostic made a three-point basket.
